These Rules govern all sports betting conducted on the PHCASH platform. In these Rules, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise: bet means a wager accepted by PHCASH; event means a scheduled sport contest or marketable occasion; market means a defined betting option on an event; settlement means the process by which winnings or losses are determined and credited to or debited from a customer account.
PHCASH reserves the right to alter these Rules and to apply sport- or market-specific terms where published. By placing a bet, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Rules as binding.
PHCASH may accept, reject, modify, or void any bet at its sole discretion prior to the official settlement of the event. Bets may be voided in whole or in part for any of the following reasons: palpably incorrect odds or event details, incorrect start times, or other material misstatements; attempts to circumvent risk controls or multiple identical or related bets; automated or manual exploitation of public or secret information; incorrect or inconsistent market configuration; or any other valid reason disclosed to the customer upon request. Where a bet is rejected or voided, the stake will be refunded to the customer.
Acceptance timing is determined by the system, and bets may be void if accepted after the event has started or if the customer relies on data that is delayed or inaccurate. In cases of live or in‑play betting, PHCASH may apply timer-based acceptance or other containment measures as described in the Live Betting section.
Odds displayed to customers are subject to rounding and display conventions. The platform truncates displayed odds to two decimal places; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit and rounded accordingly; the total potential winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and settled results shall be resolved in favor of the settled result based on the official data and the rules herein.
Live or in‑play betting is subject to the dynamic nature of events. PHCASH may suspend, suspend‑in‑part, or cease offering odds at any time, and may void or adjust bets to reflect genuine odds when market conditions deviate from prevailing industry standards or arise from technical issues. The customer acknowledges and accepts that live odds can be volatile and that PHCASH’s decisions regarding live pricing and bet acceptance are final.
Settlement of all bets shall be determined by reference to the official result of the event, as declared by the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, PHCASH may determine the result from the governing body’s published decision, or, where appropriate, video evidence or other reliable sources. In the event of a tie, dead heat, or multiple winners, PHCASH will allocate stakes and payouts in accordance with standard dead heat rules, dividing the stake by the number of winners and applying the published odds to each unit of stake.
Where a market is not decided by the end of regular play, PHCASH will settle at the declared result as stated within the market description, unless the market specifically states otherwise. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not continued within the agreed window, PHCASH will determine settlement as follows: bets on markets affected by the non‑completion may be voided, or settled according to the result known at abandonment, continuation timelines, or official declarations, as applicable under the market rules. Where a market references a qualifier, qualification, or tournament result, such markets may be void if the event is postponed or not resumed within the specified timeframe.
For certain sports and markets, PHCASH may apply sport-specific settlement rules published separately. If no sport‑specific rule exists for a market, the general settlement rules herein apply.
If an event does not begin on the scheduled start date or within a defined window of the scheduled start time and is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, all bets on that event will be void unless specifically stated otherwise in the market description. If an event is abandoned or moved to a different venue, PHCASH reserves the right to void all bets or to settle according to the last concluded state of play. Where home/away designations are inconsistent with the advertised match, PHCASH reserves the right to void affected bets. For non‑team events or events with neutral venues, PHCASH will declare settlement in accordance with the event’s governing body rules and the market terms.
In the case of a change in venue that reverses home and away status, all bets on the match may be voided unless the market description explicitly accommodates the change.
In running bets may employ timer-based acceptance or other specialized mechanisms. Where a timer acceptance feature is used, bets placed under this mechanism have their own countdown. Scores and other data used for live bets originate from live data feeds and may be delayed. Customers acknowledge that such data is not guaranteed to be accurate and that bets placed on the basis of such data are at the customer’s own risk. PHCASH may refuse or void bets with no obligation to provide reasons, where appropriate.
Outright markets cover eventual winners of events, fixtures, or tournaments. If a participant fails to start an event, or is disqualified, all outright bets on that participant will be void. Where two or more participants are declared joint winners (dead heat), stakes are divided equally among winners and settled at the full advertised odds. H2H (head‑to‑head) markets are excluded from the Play‑Or‑Pay application; where a listed participant does not take part, any market involving that participant is settled as void, except for team markets that remain valid under the Play‑Or‑Pay rule.
For markets tied to a participant’s individual performance, the same Play‑Or‑Pay principles apply unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a replacement participant is introduced, team markets may remain valid while individual markets may be void.
Scorers and related markets (First Scorer, Last Scorer, Anytime Scorer) apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals are treated in accordance with official competition rules; bet parity is adjusted if a scorer does not participate. If a match is abandoned with a scorer already determined, bets on the first scorer may stand and bets on the last scorer may be void, subject to the individual market rules. All other scorer markets follow the market description for timeframe and conditions.
PHCASH reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to resolve disputes through the Trading team, with final decisions resting with the Head of Sportsbook where designated. Claims or disputes must be raised within one week of settlement; longer periods may be applicable for certain markets or jurisdictions. If fraud or manipulation is suspected, PHCASH may suspend settlement, keep unsettled bets, and notify competent authorities; a verdict from the authorities may result in settlement or voiding of affected bets as determined by PHCASH and regulatory expectations.
PHCASH complies with applicable gaming and data protection laws. Customers must be of legal age to gamble and reside in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. The Company may require ledger verification and identity checks before processing winnings or settlements.
PHCASH does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses arising from service outages, data delays, or third‑party data feeds. PHCASH reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice, and such amendments are effective immediately upon posting on the PHCASH platform. It remains the customer’s responsibility to review the Rules prior to placing bets.
